I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hennessy Cadillac and working with Kyle Shoemaker and Sergio Bermudez. I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. Several Issues: - The car I inquired about "was just sold" - it was not what was advertised (they said it was a Cayman R, which is very specific and rare, they had a Cayman S) - Even though it was sol sold" - it was not what was advertised (they said it was a Cayman R, which is very specific and rare, they had a Cayman S) - Even though it was sold, and not the car advertised, their form email claimed "will be sending a video and details about the car" Seemed like just a lead gen exercise to me. Let me start with saying I'm only giving a 1 because my initial purchasing experience wasn't bad, but it went down hill from there. In August 2023 I purchased a 2020 XT6 and Let me also state that I reques initial purchasing experience wasn't bad, but it went down hill from there. In August 2023 I purchased a 2020 XT6 and Let me also state that I requested new tires as part as the purchase agreement. Well lets fast forward after having the car a few months, I had to bring the car in for an oil change and when I picked up my car they tell me I need 4 new tires! I had only driven the car at the time about 8k miles. After researching and bringing my car to several Tire shops I found out that I was never given new tires as I was told they were new. Even employees in their service department expressed that the tires were not new. I don't want throw anyone under the bus so I wont give any names. Afterwards I go back to my sells rep Reggie and express to him the issue. He then went to his manager Nubian. Nubian apparently goes and pulls the purchase agreement and see that is states new tires. He then says he has to dig a little deeper to figure out the issue, well he returns with paperwork with a serial number trying to convince me my tires were new. I explained to him I was suppose to get new tires on the vehicle when purchased but someone drop the ball and I never received new tires. He apologized and offered me my sells rep employee discount for tires. Mind you, this problem started the beginning of November, I am still waiting for the cost of the tires though I don't feel like I should have to pay for them. I've called left several messages no call backs, its like I have to stalk them calling over and over again getting the run around, its been awful. I was trying to be very patient though it was holiday season, but going into the second week of January same thing. Once the vehicle was purchased I was no longer a priority. I feel like they took full ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I WAS A SINGLE WOMAN. I start feeling like they were dodging & ignoring me and didn't want to take responsibility of what happened, so I decided to call corporate. I had to google the number because no one in the building knew corporates contact number which is crazy. I bought a luxury vehicle with out receiving a luxury experience. I beg you please save your self the headache and DO NOT PURCHASE AT THIS DEALERSHIP go to another Cadillac dealership, especially if your a woman. They will tell you anything to get the sale. If you must go there please bring a experienced man with you so they don't try to get over. They called me more times trying to close the deal then they have throughout this matter. I am a mother of 3. Its gotten to the point that I have to keep putting air in my tires while waiting on hearing back from corporate. I am so disgusted with this company. A few years ago I purchased a vehicle from Hennessy Honda but this experience has completely out weighed the good, so I will NOT be purchasing from ANY Hennessy dealership. Im currently looking to purchase a vehicle for my son and I will be sure to stay away from them. PLEASE FULLY READ REVIEW AND STAY AWAY!!!!!! More
