Do not buy used car here - horrible customer service I recently purchased a used car from Mike Tate and I have never received such horrible customer service before. At the time of purchase, the car had I recently purchased a used car from Mike Tate and I have never received such horrible customer service before. At the time of purchase, the car had stains on the leather interior, multiple scratches and a small dent on the front bumper. Per Mike, Hennessy would take care of all of these items but would need to keep the car for a day or two. Fast forward three days later, my car was delivered to my house with none of these items addressed. I immediately called Mike and he has been unresponsive to all of my calls about this issue. He also told me that he was going to speak to his manager, Henry Lewis, but I have not heard from Henry even after I called the dealership and was told that he would call me back. This has been the worse car buying experience. Mike Tate made false promises to close the sale and then delivered horrible customer service to help resolve my issues. I suggest going to a different dealership to purchase a car, even if the other dealership is more expensive, as Hennessy Buick GMC will make false promises and say anything to close the sale and then will ignore you after the sale. Not Sure Service Technicians Know What They Are Doing After having our 2015 Terrain for more than two weeks, it was returned to us, allegedly repaired and at a cost of $500, without the problem being fixe After having our 2015 Terrain for more than two weeks, it was returned to us, allegedly repaired and at a cost of $500, without the problem being fixed. This is the second time something like this has happened with our vehicle. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed. I want to emphasize the disappointment and lack of confidence is with the technicians responsible for diagnosing and fixing the problems. We are elated with the performance of our customer service representative, Joseph White. We are strongly inclined to never bring our car here, again. And at this time, we would advise against anyone else using Hennessy GMC for service. More
