Very quick, clear, understandable and easy experience. Damon was very helpful in the process of acquiring my new GMC Yukon XL Denali. I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted when arriving at the dealership and Damon made it quick and painless to get through the full process. When it was time to take deliver of the vehicle he was very knowledgeable of every feature of the vehicle to show me how to utilize all aspects. I would highly recommend Damon and the Dealership to others going forward. JB who helped on the financing side was also very helpful, thorough and efficient with setting up the financing to make that aspect of the purchase as smooth as possible. More

Excellent Customer Service I live out of state and had seen an Impala online that I was really interested in. I contacted the dealership through email and they quickly responded I live out of state and had seen an Impala online that I was really interested in. I contacted the dealership through email and they quickly responded and answered all of my questions about the car. The thing that impressed me most was that there was never any pressure from any one on the sales staff or finance. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is shopping for a new vehicle. Omar Cash was the best salesperson I have worked with in along time. Wasted time I will just write my experience- Saturday December 17th 2016. Go to look at 2015 f-250. Battery is dead for test ride. Salesman has it jumped off. Lik I will just write my experience- Saturday December 17th 2016. Go to look at 2015 f-250. Battery is dead for test ride. Salesman has it jumped off. Like the truck other than battery issue. They inform me they will replace battery while we do paperwork. Purchase truck. Try to go to work the following Monday. The truck won't start same dead battery. Call the salesman they send someone out to replace the battery. Drive truck 10 miles check engine light appears and says speed will be reduced to 50 mph. Take back to dealer Monday evening. No word until Wednesday. They stated they were waiting on a part and it would be ready Friday. I asked what part was needed. They didn't know but would get right back to me. I called and emailed for 2 days no response. So I call the manger on Friday and he finally gets me on the phone with salesman. Salesman say he'll let me know in 30 minutes. 3 hours later he calls and says they are still trying to figure out what's wrong with it. At this point I tell them they can keep the truck I'll be coming this evening to get my down payment back which cleared my account 2 days prior. Salesman says OK. I call 2 hours later to let them know I'm on the way. Salesman says they have to wait 5 days after my check clears to reimburse me. He'll call sometime next week and let me know. Absolutely rediculus I've never written a bad review in my life, but felt people needed to be warned about how this dealership treats returning customers. More

Great salesman and overall fantastic experience! Had a great salesman in Alon Bazini. He took the time to go over our options and helped us find the vehicle we wanted.
