He was more discouring than anything. After closing the deal on the Camry, I reminded him again that we were interested in buying a SUV, he rushed us out of there but I insisted on showing us a SUV and he did but he was very discouraging. I thought Salespeople wanted to sell cars. Also when we came to pick up the car, my wife and I notice a dent on the hood that wasn't there before. We notified Hung and showed it to him and he was so nonchalaunt about it....in other words, take it or leave it. More
