Markus / 2016 Mazda Miata purchase Dealing with Markus was like taking a breath of fresh air. (We had just had a horrible experience with another dealer - the one in Marietta - and had Dealing with Markus was like taking a breath of fresh air. (We had just had a horrible experience with another dealer - the one in Marietta - and had wasted several days, getting nowhere with them.) Markus responded quickly to our Truecar inquiry, and was willing to meet with us immediately. He even stayed past his scheduled "off" time. (This was on the Friday night, 2 days before Christmas.) He answered all of our questions directly, and didn't try to jerk us around like so many other dealers have. He was a true gentlemen and a genuinely nice guy. While Tammy and I were arranging the financing, he even brought me a cup of hot tea, which was most welcome, since I was experiencing a terrible cold/sore throat. (I sincerely hope he didn't catch it. I tried not to breathe in his direction.) JB(?) I didn't see him listed - the "finance man" - was also pleasant to deal with. He worked to beat my credit union's rate, and explained the available options to us - again, without all the "smoke and mirrors" that dealers frequently employ. (I'm really not cynical. Just experienced.) So yeah... I/we will be recommending Hennessy, and Markus, to our friends. We have been singing your praises since our purchase. I wish you had a store on the west side, but you are worth the drive, regardless. (I have to give a little bit of credit to your employment of Truecar. You used the program to your advantage.
