The sales staff are always knowledgeable of the products (even used cars not manufactured by Buick, GMC or Mazda), I always get a fair and competitive price and the financing is always "in the same ballpark" as my private banking institution, which is a credit union. the fact that Hennessey Southlake is only 2 miles from my house is just an added bonus...I would drive much further for this kind of service, selection and pricing. I researched SUV makes and models, checked dealer inventories, chatted with sales departments, found information about fair trade values, and setup test a drive. I wound up at Hennessey because they just happened to have the exact color and trim I wanted and they were already advertising a nice discount on this particular car's MSRP. But, the deal was made when I requested that they appraise my car while I test drove their Mazda and, after coming back and telling them I'd buy the car (immediately fell in love with it), they agreed (reluctantly) to "email" their offer to me instead of requiring my continued presence. They made a very fair offer for my trade-in, considered and accepted my emailed counter-offer, and best of all had all the paperwork and personnel ready to go when I arrived for the purchase. Nice. Now that's how car sales should have been all my life! BTW...if you visit them, get Mark Cooper as your salesman. Great guy. Easy going and very helpful. More

Great selection. No pressure I drove 2 hours to go to Hennessy of Southlake because my with wanted one of the cars they had in stock.
