Great sales experience, so-so in biz office We knew what vehicle we wanted to look at when we arrived, but Mark did a great job showing us all of our options, giving us a thorough test drive, an We knew what vehicle we wanted to look at when we arrived, but Mark did a great job showing us all of our options, giving us a thorough test drive, answering questions we didn't even think to ask, and negotiating a pretty good deal. We never felt pressure from him to make a deal and he seemed committed to finding a satisfactory outcome for us and the dealership. However, when we sat down with the business office to set up our loan and finish the paperwork, it started to feel more like a typical sell-you-stuff-you-don't-need, slimy car dealership experience. The business manager didn't seem to know much about the warranties already included with our vehicle and tried repeatedly to sell us an extended warranty. Even after we said no, he kept pushing what a great deal it was and we looked like people who like to play it safe. We understand those plans make money for the dealer, but we didn't appreciate how much he pushed it on us. It was a shame, because it tainted what otherwise was a very positive dealership experience.
