Two people in particular Michael Tate and Hector have become like family to me. My husband chose Hennessy for me to purchase a vehicle. I went in blind, I had never heard of the Hennessy Dealership and I didn't know anyone who had purchased a vehicle from them, so I was a bit skeptical because I have dealt with some shady people at orher car dealerships. I was greeted by Michael Tate who helped us to look for a vehicle. He was extremely kind and professional throughout the entire business transaction. Within two weeks of purchasing the vehicle, I started having problems with the car shaking and cutting off. I called Michael Tate who told me to call him if I had any issues with the vehicle or any questions. He was extremely concerned and catered to my needs. He spoke with Hector who told him to advise me to bring the car back to the dealership. When I arrived , I thought that I was going to be there all day, but they had a loaner vehicle waiting for me and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Their mechanics checked my car from router to tutor and were confident that they fixed the problem, only for me to run into issues again with my vehicle. Again I was asked by Michael Tate if I needed a tow or could I bring it in, I drove the vehicle back. They had my vehicle again, for several weeks they kept trying to find what the root of the problem was. Each time I took my vehicle to them they made sure that I had a clean, dependable, newer model loaner vehicle to drive. Once of their mechanics ran into a dead end and felt as though they could not service the car and feel confident that it would run good, Hector advised me to take it to another dealership for other mechanics to look at it and they will pay for it. They did just that, they paid for it! Sadly however, after taking it to two other dealerships, none of the mechanics could figure out what the problem was with my car. I shot Michael Tate a text message asking him to inform their mechanics not to feel bad because no mechanic was able to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. Michael discussed my issue with Hector and they told me to bring the vehicle back in to the dealership and to pick out another vehicle. They not only help me to find a dependable vehicle that I love oh, AND they paid off my vehicle that I purchased from them the first time. I truly appreciate them and was moved to tears several times when I thought of how honest they were and how they treated me like family! Knowing that it was well within their rights to have said "You bought the vehicle As Is." I would advise eveyone to purchase a vehicle from Hennessy Auto Sales - they have integrity, they're honest, they are caring and professional individuals. By the way I feel obligated to add that I have not had any problems out of my new vehicle. I will be back when I am in the market for another vehicle in the future. More

I worked with two separate people both by the name of Chris. Hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. We discussed numbers over the phone to ensure it was in my budget and when I got there the number presented over the phone was still the same! ( How rare is that- a car dealership honoring their amount presented). I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Probably the best experience I had at a larger dealership I normally have issues with sale personnel at dealership, but was very surprised and please with my experience with Ron. I like their level of respect for customers While I did not buy a car on my visit today, I do have to mention that I would not hesitate to come back to this dealership for a Mazda, Buick, or GMC While I did not buy a car on my visit today, I do have to mention that I would not hesitate to come back to this dealership for a Mazda, Buick, or GMC; and I will refer them to any friends seeking a new or used car. The reason is that they are very up front, respectful, and not a high pressure place (at least as far as my visit went). I went to see a used car and felt it was a bit more rough around the edges than I was willing to take. And there really was not a good alternative on the lot. While they did suggest a few other cars, it was done in a way that was not high pressure or treating me like an adversary (as some equivalent dealers would do). Really nice people. I wish all car dealers were this way. I can see why the Google reviews and DealerRater reviews are so high. I wish them much success and recommend them to anyone apprehensive about the car buying experience. More

I have purchased multiple cars from Hennessy and they've been pretty decent, but the service center is absolute trash. Go read all the 1 star reviews, they're absolutely true. They lie to you and count on people just saying "yes" and not asking any questions. If they get a halfway informed customer in there who questions them, you can see the panic on their faces. They were supposed to grab the manager to speak with me, but I'm guessing the manager just told them not to charge me for the diagnosis and send me on my way, car problem NOT fixed, because that's exactly what happened. I have to say I'm a little surprised because service on the sales side has always been pretty good, but seeing how they take advantage of their customers in Service/Parts I will never return to Hennessy for anything. And I've purchased my last 3 cars here. More

On my last trip to the service department I set in there for 7 hours and the problem is still not fixed no help from no managers are service at all. I would definitely not recommend this dealership our service department to any family or friends More
Customer Beware !!! Dishonesty's the motto here. I recently had an issue with a car that I purchased from Hennessy last year. My wife spoke to the Service Manager (Rich) whom told her to bring the ca I recently had an issue with a car that I purchased from Hennessy last year. My wife spoke to the Service Manager (Rich) whom told her to bring the car in and they'd put in through diagnostic at no charge. My wife understood it that there would be no charge to fix the faulty throttle body which caused the check engine light to come on. Needless to say, that wasn't the case. As it turns out, we'd purchased an extended warranty which would've covered the service (had we hadn't surpassed the mileage limit). I haven't had any prior compulsion to submit any "reviews", but the conversation that I had with Rich prompted me to do so. With all of the cars sold out of Hennessy, one would think that they'd have no need for dishonesty. However, Rich informed me that the part needed for my car (Throttle Body), cost $600. After I informed him that I was looking at the part online for only $80, he suddenly changed the price to $220. Shame on you Rich. Shame on you as well Bernard. You were soooooo anxious to sell the car initially. However, you didn't have the common courtesy to return our call to set-up an appointment to trade the car in. More

This was my first time buying a car and I was super nervous and unsure. But she put me at ease and really worked with me and explained all of my options. I had went to Nissian the day before and the sales rep I had there keep leaving me by myself for long periods of time without telling me anything and when she was with me she would talk to her coworkers more than me and just seem like she was more interest in everything else but helping me find a car. But when I went to Mazda and got to work with Terry my experience was the very opposite. I’m really glad I came here instead of giving up because of my day with Nissian. I felt very welcomed and everyone I worked with her was wonderful and very knowledgable and glad to say bought my first car from this place and would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. More
