I really appreciate that he will advise me when services need to be performed immediately and when they can wait a bit. The shuttle drivers are great. Bobby drove me this time. As always, he was friendly, professional, and polite. Also, this was the first time I used Buick Reward points to buy vouchers. It was easy and I saved money. This is the only place I ever have my car serviced. More
Broken process The service center assigns a rep to you. No one else will assist you. 2 of the 3 times i have visited this has resulted in lots of extra wait time. The service center assigns a rep to you. No one else will assist you. 2 of the 3 times i have visited this has resulted in lots of extra wait time. The reps have no good way to communicate with the mechanics and cannot discuss instructions, answer questions, or verify work. Therefore the one thing i asked to be fixed on top of my routine maintenance was not done but i didn't know until i was no longer there. The service took twice as long as related. When i went to check, My Rep was walking out the door, even though my paperwork and keys (and another person's also) were sitting on her desk. Her excuse? She was just returning from lunch! After 4 pm! Oh, and the appointment maker was a little rude. More
