Service good, but too long. The service I needed was done. However, it took 4 hours to get it done. It should not take that long for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. They were done at noon. It usually takes about 3 hours for any service. That is too long also. More

Didn’t perform or complete each item per Summer Service Special coupon like tire rotation, check A/C performance & etc. If items were performed, it wasn’t documented on the invoice.
