Maintenance Service Received 26 - 27 August 19 I took my Yukon in for an Oil Change and tire rotation. For $85 I got an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and a PSI setting on all tires of 39 PSI, when the I took my Yukon in for an Oil Change and tire rotation. For $85 I got an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and a PSI setting on all tires of 39 PSI, when the recommended PSI inside the Driver Side Door is 32 PSI. 27 August as I was headed back to work in Augusta GA, my waters hose was loose and from what I was told the the connector for the hose to the pipe must broke or burst. I was told it was made of hard plastic and that does happen. I have no issue with that, but if that was the case I wouldn’t expect the clamp to be 1/2 to 3/4 away from where the connection would have been. One thing I do know is the clamp goes over hose and or the pipe to secure the connection. This cost me an additional $439. I may be wrong but this incident is suspect to me. Oh and I do have a photo of the hose clamp and where it is positioned and the PSI been set 7 PSI’s above it was supposed to be cause the time monitoring system to come as needing service. The PSI in tires I am sure you are aware raises to as the tire heats up, so by the time I got to Augusta this morning the PSI where over 45 PSI. More

Positive experience for purchasing new vehicle. We were finishing up a 2500 mile vacation and were on our way home to Florida when our truck developed trouble on I-75 at the Morrow exit. We drove into the Hennessy Mazda Buick GMC on a Saturday afternoon. The service consultant Bob Allen was very helpful to us when we came driving in we had no power in our diesel pickup truck. We left our truck there and he had Bobbie Williams make arrangements for us to leave our camper and take us to the hotel. On Monday afternoon Bob Allen called and told us the sad news about our truck. We then asked to speak to a sales representative and he put us on the phone with Sandra Speller. She came to the hotel and picked us up and asked us what we were looking for in a truck. She had two on hand that would meet our needs and had us testing driving within 15 minutes. During the test drive she was demonstrating the equipment in the truck. She was very knowledgeable of the truck. We decided to purchase and she made the purchasing process very easy. Chris Moore the New Vehicle Manager made the purchasing of the truck very positive. Ivan Smith the Business Manager had all the paper work ready for us to sign with in a few minutes. By the time we finished everything we decided to come back the next day to clean out our old truck and pick up our camper. The next day they installed our cable for the camera on the camper. The whole crew ( Bob Allen, Bobbie Williams, Sandra Speller, Chris Moore and Ivan Smith) we dealt with at Hennessy Mazda, Buick, GMC made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle painless and positive as possible. I have been a customer for 4 plus years with a total of three vehicles and have found that the wait time is too long for most visits. They definitely need more technicians in order to service all the vehicles that are brought into this dealership. I have seen long wait times on both the Buick and Mazda sides. On a positive note, I find that most recommendations are needed service items and not dealer add ons that drum up more business for them. I have enjoyed the amenities there like free coffee and water, but I just wish they were faster. More
