Everything happened fast and smooth I went in only with the intention s to test drive. I wasn’t sure if I wanted the car, I test drove it and was surprised with all the features it had. I really like the interior and exterior of the car. It was well kept by previous owners. So everything happened fast and it was a smooth transaction. I got the car!!! I’m satisfied with my car. Came to speak to General manager to extend loaner and.... Well, my experience has been rather lengthy. Even though I unexpectedly just purchased new car on August 30, 2019 I need to start from beginning. So, Well, my experience has been rather lengthy. Even though I unexpectedly just purchased new car on August 30, 2019 I need to start from beginning. So, I first purchased my car from used side dealership (Hennessy Buick GMC) end of March 2015. I had to switch car salesmen because 1st, Dayo B was using very aggressive sale tactics. Mr. Cecil (CJ) got me in my dream car 2012 Buick Enclave with 30 something thousand miles. Mr Cecil was awesome. Fast forward through four years of reliable car driving experience....On Saturday March 23rd, 2019 I went in for oil change and diagnostic to see if my car was having issues. I was told I needed steering pump which was Leaking fluids and hose. Also, other minor issues that would still allow me to drive car. 30 minutes after leaving dealership my car stop cranking. I checked oil stick and I had no oil. I immediately called service center to speak to advisor Bob Allen. Service center was closed and I now had to wait until Monday. I explained the situation to Bob and stated that my car needs to be towed back to dealership. He said, if I used their tow service it would cost me if it was found the issues were not their fault....I used my insurance and had the car towed back to service center. After about 24 hours Bob called back and admitted fault and said he would fix all issues free of charge. After picking up car after about 2 days In service center. I immediately scheduled steering pump repair (recommended from Bob Allen). Had pump fixed and after 2 weeks of car driving fine, it started stalling out again the exact way it did after faulty oil change. I waited to save more and got additional reapairs recommended and car still drove the same, stalling out in traffic. Around June I contacted Buick and submitted case against service center to see if they fully evaluated my car after not putting oil back in. It took until July 19th from them to have my car towed. On August like 5th I was told only issue was mass air flow sensor and I had to pay since it wasnt engine related. On August 8th, picked up car and 20 minutes into drive it start over heating. I was stranded on side of rode with my 3 year old. Contacted service and customer rep Arlyn came to my rescue and immediately had car towed and provided loaner. After 3 weeks of my car being in service center, I'm told that now have close to $4000(thousand) in repairs. During this time I contacted BBB. I'm stressed like how am I going to afford this. I went to dealership on August 30th to turn in loaner and ask for help from General Manager because Through all of this I was sending countless emails to get no response. So, Ricky Williams solution was now to get new car and because of repairs and mileage of my car and possibly future issues. I need car, I have four kids that attend private school where I have to drop off and pick up. I ended up getting new SUV with Chris Brown. I'm now stuck paying an additional 200 bucks a month in car fees. Now, I'm praying I can afford this new car note. I gave them my budget and they couldn't meet it, not even close. 500-550 budget to 688 a month. I was paying 500 a month for my Buick. If they could've met my expectations with ensuring I walked away paying an affordable note, then maybe I would've had a more satisfying experience. Especially since I didnt go in to buy a car. More

Not top shelf While dropping off my vehicle the service advisor was not attentive and was very dismissive. With my several attempts to inform him of the purpose of While dropping off my vehicle the service advisor was not attentive and was very dismissive. With my several attempts to inform him of the purpose of my visit he continually cut me off and told me he had it and to go have a seat. Then not to my surprise he call me on my cell phone for more information. The same information that I tried to give him app on arrival. When service was complete. My request to reinstall my jack equipment was not taken care of. The wheel lock was not installed. Listening skills are a VERY important part of being a service advisor. More
