I searched on the internet prior to sale, went in test drove the car. Advised I was interested in making the purchase and would return Saturday. I returned Saturday with two small sleeping children, first I walked past several salesmen before one offered to assist, one being my salesperson. After standing a few moments I was finally assisted and recognized. Second, I negotiated my price to where I felt comfortable. Well at the close of the deal. Car filled with gas, my salesperson awaiting to hand me the keys. The manager tells me the car would be delivered to me on Monday. I advised him that was unacceptable and I would like to speak with the manager. It went from bad to worst. The GM was rude and very very unprofessional. The day ended with me calling the police and the police witnessing how unprofessional my service from the GM went. So much that I was advised that it was probably a great idea for me to walk away from the deal because their poor character remained to be displayed in the presence of the officers. I truly felt violated seeing I had just written a check for a very sizable amount paying cash for the vehicle! This was a horrible car buying experience and I would not recommend Hennessy GMC Buick Mazda to a flea. More
Visited their website and found the vehicle that seemed to be exactly what I wanted and couldn't find on my side of town. Contacted Gerren who confirmed the vehicle was still there and he also gave me a b to be exactly what I wanted and couldn't find on my side of town. It was lower than what I expected and what KBB said but after explaining why, it made sense and when I went to CarMax in Roswell, it was confirmed since they were higher than them. I made it down there in 40 minutes and was in and out in about an 1 hour and a half. JB was friendly and was able to beat my credit union's rate by a little to save me some money.....Paul was nice to us when we left and helped us move things from the trade while we waited for Gerren to finish with a customer from the day before...for a person new to his business, he seemed to be busy...he had another customer waiting for him after us.....We recommend and suggest you make the trip, it's well worth it! I have to say I was quite impressed with Hennessey Used Cars in Morrow. I shopped on their website first. I was looking for a Toyota Yaris and they had several to choose from. Their price was $2,000-3,000 less than any other similar cars I could find online. My fear was that the cars would not actually be available once I got there (the notorious bait and switch), but that was not the case. I picked the one I wanted online, then made an appointment with Mike to see it. It was there waiting for me and was exactly as described online. I had already arranged financing with them online. I was a little discouraged that they wouldn't share the terms of the loan with me by phone before I arrived at the dealership. I was concerned that they would push me into a high interest rate loan. However, the terms of the loan offered were exactly where they should be given my credit history. My next concern was that they would bully me into add-ons like disability insurance, extended warranties, etc. Again, not the case. Henry went over the options and made recommendations for me based upon my circumstances but did not push me to add on any of the options I did not want. And last of all, I thought I might drive the car off the lot and then find out that the tires wouldn't hold air, or the heat didn't work, or any other number of things I thought they weren't telling me. I am not very trusting by nature and used car sales is usually one of the worst for hiding the facts. So I waited two weeks before completing this review. I am still loving the car and have found absolutely nothing wrong with it so far. I had read some negative reviews of this dealership, but most related to the desired car having been sold when the person went to purchase it. I recognized that they could sell the car I wanted while I was still researching and making my decision. Of course, they have to sell it to the first person who is ready to sign the paperwork. I decided to go to Hennessy despite the few bad reviews because of their car prices and I am glad I did. They made the transaction easy. I was totally satisfied with Mike Novotny and Henry Lewis. The no haggle "Internet Price" thing isn't my cup of tea, but they are up front about it and the Doc. fees are lower than any other dealer I talked to. The fixed price isn't a bad thing when it's as much as 9 grand off another dealers asking price. I looked at 4 different cars and I think Levial stays thin running all over that lot. I paid on the low end of Kelly Blue Book private party value. WAY! below retail, not much over trade in value. I'm very happy with Hennessey And Levial Arnold was great. More

We found them by doing a consumer reports search for the vehicle we wanted and they had a no haggle bid price posted through the ZAG group. After test driving locally and placing an offer with a local dealer in the Knoxville, TN area, we found that driving 4 hours was a great option. The vehicle we wanted was in short supply in our area, but not only did Markus find our car, had it delivered and was a gentleman throughout the entire process. JB Horne the finance person was also very gracious as we already had financing in place from a local credit union, he did not push us into using him for financing. He worked with our credit union and the entire process was very smooth. This dealership was top notch. We had both our children with us (ages 8 & 11) and they joined us for the test drive then played in the play area and had fresh popcorn while we finished the paperwork. The only hitch was our floor mats were left behind by the delivery person and I am 100% confident that they will be mailed this week. I would recommend Hennessy and the ZAG service through consumerreports.org to anyone looking for a car. More

WE AGREED AND EVEN LEFT OUR CHECK!!! HAD TO GO BACK NEXT DAY BECAUSE THEY DECIDED THEY WANTED SOME MONEY DOWN (WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED FOR US WITH CAP ONE). BASICALLY THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL OVER WHAT IT WAS WORTH AND WANTED CASH FROM US TO MAKE CAP ONE SAY IT WAS OK BECAUSE OUR LOAN TO VEHICLE RATIO WITH CAP ONE WAS APPROVED FOR 110% WHICH IS GREAT BY THE WAY!!! WE WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO ACURA AND GOT A MUCH NICER CAR FOR LESS MONEY WITH NOO HAGGLING!!! THEY LIED AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING WHEN WE CAME BACK THEY TRIED TO GET US IN A VERSA BECAUSE IT WAS BETTER FOR THEM...ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEMSELVES READ THE REVIEWS ITS NOT JUST ME... Awesome all the way through - exxtremely painless - I was in and out with a new used Nissan Armada in about an hr and at a really good price.
