We at Hennessy hate that this customer had a bad experience. Our reputation is our bond at Hennessy and we would never knowingly mislead a customer. Unfortunately, the customer purchased a vehicle that, later in the model year, came out with an option that he wanted. Since INTELLILINK can’t be added after the fact, his only option was to purchase a much more expensive vehicle. He was unwilling to take advantage of this option so he has become disgruntled with us here. We hate that he feels that way and wish we could help in a realistic way that is acceptable for him.

we offer a 3 day / 300 mile, no questions-asked, full refund on all used cars we sell. Customers are encouraged to use that time to have any issues they are concerned about checked with an independent service shop. If a problem is found, we can address it or they can return the car for a full refund. In addition, we extend the opportunity to purchase extended warranty at the time of purchase on every vehicle, warranty was declined. We did try to resolve the customers issue by presenting several options.

To Hennessy: I outlined your 'options' in my initial post. You certainly did not offer anything to the contrary. It's unfortunate your reputation is not more important than to have a vehicle broke down on the side of the road with your drive-out tag on it. It's no problem though ... we'll let a judge sort it out!
