Purchased a vehicle from this dealership this past weekend. It was a great experience. Saw the vehicle online, went in and worked with Omar Cash. He was very professional as well as everyone else that weekend. It was a great experience. Saw the vehicle online, went in and worked with Omar Cash. He was very professional as well as everyone else that I encountered (no pressure whatsoever). I also liked the no haggle pricing. Will definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

Recently purchased a 2008 Acadia from Larry Bass. The experience was straight forward, and similar to other dealerships. Larry was low key, friendly, and non-pushy. The car was well detailed. Other dea experience was straight forward, and similar to other dealerships. Larry was low key, friendly, and non-pushy. The car was well detailed. Other dealerships could learn a few things from the cleaning crew at Hennessy. Finance/Trade In Department were on par with other dealerships of this size, no complaints there. Overall I will give my buying experience an A. After we had the car for about 7 days, we noticed a problem. I called Larry Bass, due to the nature of the problem they had me return it onsite. They provided a replacement vehicle, and took care of the problem pronto. A+ To the after the sale customer service. More

Mr. Hitchcock was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. So the task fell to me. I was treated very well, and all my questions were promptly and politely answered. Mr. Lewis in finance was equally helpful, and the transaction went smoothly. I would recommend your company enthusiastically to friends and family. Thank you! More

Bought a 2012 Terrain, dealership lied about options on the car. They were instructed to remedy the situation and put me in a car with the correct options. Still tried to screw me over by saying it would c the car. They were instructed to remedy the situation and put me in a car with the correct options. Still tried to screw me over by saying it would cost me $5500 for a new car with the right options that only cost $1000. Don't buy a car from here they will lie to your face and in newspaper ads. Just purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna with 67k miles on it from the dealership. I still have the drive-out tag on it. Went on a trip more than 3 hours from Atlanta and vehicle broke down. It cost me nearly $9 from the dealership. I still have the drive-out tag on it. Went on a trip more than 3 hours from Atlanta and vehicle broke down. It cost me nearly $900 to repair the fuel pump. I've never known a fuel pump to go out on a Toyota that soon. They gave me the option to have it towed to them (220 miles) and they would repair it and 'only' charge me their cost. (Oh great .... after I pay $600+ to have the car towed to them), or I could pay to have the car towed to them and they would repair it for free if I purchased a $1,700 extended warranty. Needless to say, neither of these were options to even be remotely considered. Oh ... Did I mention they tried to give me the vehicle without fixing the grinding, squeaking brakes?? The service dept ground down the rotars and put the same flimsey pads back on. I had to go back and spend another 3 hours at the dealership for them to fix it correctly. BUYER BEWARE! They are sweet as honey as long as they don't have to fix anything. Get a vehicle checked out before you buy! More
