Lamont Snead helped to make this process run very smoothly for me. I was in a time crunch to purchase a good quality SUV. I almost pulled the trigger on another vehicle at another dealership but ran across the internet listing for my current car. I sent an email requesting additional information since no pictures were shown on the internet (car was just received in on trade and not detailed yet apparently). Lamont quickly replied and the rest is history. The car was prepped and cleaned "nicely". I saw the car in the before state and then the "after" state. The appearance made me feel even better about my purchase. Mr. Arnold also assisted by showing my wife and I the car late one evening. He was very patience and made my wife and I feel like we were family. Overall the entire experience was very pleasant and easy. He debated with the customer on weather the car was clean or not. They appear to be just lazy. Knowledge of product: I asked the salesperson (Mr.Sneed) about Some of the functions in the car. He agreed the functions were on the Car but could not demonstrate how to use them (heated seats and Sync function for cell phone/MP After purchasing the car, I Figured how to operate the heated seats but fought out the car Is not equipped with this function. The box under the arm rest is Very hard to open. I guess this is why he did not check it. I Will have to deal with the service department Overall ....... Mark was friendly, informative and in constant contact throughout the sale. I love the car and service. I did not notice it upon delivery until after I washed and waxed the car because the car was slightly dirty from deliver. More

I visited Hennessy of Southlake with my wife a couple weeks ago. Mr. Lamont Snead approached us and was quite nice when we began our conversation. We informed him of the vehicle we were looking for and weeks ago. Mr. Lamont Snead approached us and was quite nice when we began our conversation. We informed him of the vehicle we were looking for and he got right to work showing us what they had to offer. As we test drove a couple vehicles, Mr. Snead acted in an almost impatient manner with us. He was really condescending in his communication with us. While test driving the first car, his only thing was to make sure we had the heat on so he could be comfortable. As a customer, I could care less about a salesman's comfort during the test drive. We were prepared to buy nevertheless due to it being a decent deal. I needed to make a call and when I walked away, he began digging at my wife to find out how we wanted to pay. He asked her about credit scores and became really unprofessional with her. My wife stated that anything he had to say, he needed to talk with me about it. He stated that she was a "good little wife," which frankly infuriated me. When we began to talk the deal, we asked about a walk out price to see if we could save a few dollars. Mr. Snead stated that there prices were firm and that we wouldn't find a better deal in town. How dare us try to find the best deal, is the attitude he had. That ended our communications that evening. After treating us the way he did, he had the audacity to call my wife the following morning and try to make a sale. He had his opportunity at the store to be a salesman, but his first impression was terrible. I respect that Hennessy has set prices and that no discounts are allowed. My only thing is that you get a lot further in business with great customer service. We probably would have bought the car if he had been professional in our dealings with him. With that being said, we did find a better deal on a newer version of the same car at another dealership in Atlanta. We were treated as customers should be treated. I would not recommend Hennessy of Southlake to anyone that cares about the experience. If you just want a cheap car, I would definitely go Hennessy. More
This was the easiest, least painful car buying experience I have ever encountered. No high pressure sale or trying to change my mind or anything of that nature. I know it goes without saying that Dave is one of a kind and one of the best I have ever run across. I drove almost an hour to look at 2 Suburbans, but had found one with a different color combination at another dealer. Within 2 hours of me showing up, on the spot, he purhased the car from the other dealer and made arrangements to have it picked up. I put a down payment down and came back in 4 days to pick it up, after it was "Hennessized" with the full NAV and DVD add ons. He even arranged financing cheaper than what I already had arranged. Came back to pick it up, Suburban was ready, paperwork was printed and ready and we were out of there in just a few hours. Could not have been easier and no hassle. Total time invested in purchasing exact vehicle I wanted: 4 hours over 2 days. Dave will be the first person I call when I buy my next vehicle. More
