Hennessy Buick GMC

My main concern so far has been that, upon closer look, there was not very much effort taken in detailing the car for sale - the car was dirty inside (and not just the seats, which by the way, came clean w there was not very much effort taken in detailing the car for sale - the car was dirty inside (and not just the seats, which by the way, came clean with outside detailing). I still have to get the floors done. Also, although it was not obvious, the driver’s side door handle is broken and I'm experiencing dififculty in opening the trunk/cargo area. I was unaware that the remote did not lift the gate -- it also doesn't unlock it. As someone with arthritis this is a pretty big deal. I take full responsibility for not doing a more thorough job of looking over the car, but I'll also tell anyone I recommend to not expect someone to point out (or advise you when you point out) obvious flaws of a vehicle. Had I known, I might chosen the RAV4. Once I've paid this one off (or earlier!), I'll be looking again. More

I went to Hennessy not expecting to purchase a car. I looked online and really liked the selection of Nissan's that they had and the price was actually better than the Nissan dealership. I called Lamont looked online and really liked the selection of Nissan's that they had and the price was actually better than the Nissan dealership. I called Lamont earlier that day and asked if I could stop by and he was very accommodating. He had a customer when I arrived so he had Omar assist me. Omar was very helping explaining the details of the car, he was very informative and well versed to objectively and honestly answer all my questions. Typically car buying is a stressful situation and I can honestly say that I wasn't stressed at all. This dealership had a very light hearted and friendly vibe about it. I would def. recommend this dealership and I've already spoken great things to others about my shopping experience. More

I had a pleasant and informative experience with Gerren Terrell and Bruce Oglesby. When I first came to Hennessy, I was dealing with Bruce and he suggested that I test drive the CX-5. I had been lookin Terrell and Bruce Oglesby. When I first came to Hennessy, I was dealing with Bruce and he suggested that I test drive the CX-5. I had been looking at the Ford Escape and after driving the CX-5 decided the Ford was not the vehicle for me. I went home and did some research on CX-5 and returned to see if we could make a deal. Bruce was busy with 2 other customers so he introduced us to Gerren. Gerren helped me through the paperwork and answering my questions. Both Bruce and Gerren were very professional and it was nice to deal with them. Since my purchase they both have reached out to me to make sure that I was happy with the CX-5 and extended their help if I had any questions or concerns.
