Markus got me an amazing deal and really worked with me for a few days over the phone until I was happy. I didn't listen, and wasted three hours at this other dealership. They did exactly what he said they would do - caused me to get another hard inquiry by pulling my credit, even though Markus already had me approved. Couldn't deliver on their promise and basically lied to me. They said they couldn't get me approved by Ally, even though Markus had the day before. I got in my car and went straight to Markus at Hennessy Southlake, and he gave me the deal he promised and got me out the door in my new SUV in less time than it took for the guys at Jim Ellis to waste my time. Beautiful dealership and an amazing staff. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Chris Brown was very friendly, helpful and informative but not pushy when we came into the dealership as a result of the ad we saw in the newspaper that morning.
