These guys (Roy Fuller) greeted us, showed us what we wanted to see, and then let us make our decision. He never once tried to pressure us into doing anything. My husband and I were looking for a Ford Edge. We found one for a GREAT price at Hennessy!! My husband emailed the dealership and Mike Novonty emailed him back on the vehicle, the very next day. We live over 80 miles away, so we were able to call and get our credit ran over the phone. Omar Cash took the call, we told him were we wanted our payments and with in an hour or so he called back and had our payments exactly where we wanted them! He was "true to his word"!! When we arrived at the dealership Mike Novonty took us on the test drive, he told us where we could "get on it" without getting a ticket!! hahaha.... Then all we had left was the paperwork, which was already prepared, all we had to do was sign. This was the BEST, ENJOYABLE car buying experience we have EVER had!! Thanks to Omar and Mike for being so friendly, making us feel welcome and being true to their word. Also, thanks to the salesman for telling me I had change left in the coke machine. My first visit was just for information, but Kevin Rainey offered up extra information, including some on the vehicle I later purchased that had not yet been listed on their website because it had just been taken in. After doing some research of my own, I returned to the dealership to see about test driving and purchasing the car. Mr. Rainey was continually helpful, and we got a good price even though the dealership likely could have listed it for more and gotten it. Everyone we came into contact with was likewise willing to help, and they have vehicles that span various price ranges.
