I followed up with Markus after a few back and forth emails. We knew exactly the car we wanted and Markus knew we were bona fide buyers (not just browsers). Markus came through with a fair deal that required a bit of dealer transfer gymnastics. There was a minor hiccup with a VIN, but Markus worked it out. He arranged a loaner car for a couple of days until the new CX-5 was ready for delivery. Markus then arranged for delivery of the car to our house. It was the 2nd Mazda purchase for us within a month's time - and now we wish we had bought both of the cars from Markus. Some of the other Mazda dealerships wanted us to come in before talking price, but Markus was confident enough to put out a figure. Markus seems a bit different than other folks in the industry - and that is meant as a compliment. We went to Hennessy of Southlake to look for an economy car as my husband was about to take a job an hour away from home. I drove 160 miles from my home and bought something that wasn't for me and after a headache and a couple night of no sleep I called Mr. Cash and he said no problem we have a three day policy bring it back.
