Sales people were friendly, helpful, sensitive to my time. They even delivered my car as I was unable to pick it up the next day. Also, the first time I used the windshield washers, I was shocked at the odor - rotten eggs! I have to somehow clean out all the fluid and replace it - although I haven't done it yet. I was expecting the car to be as clean as a new car and it definitely wasn't. Big disappointment. Another thing I can't really be sure of is that the tires looked different when the car was delivered than they did when I looked at it/test drove it, a couple of days before. They appear to be in bad shape. More

I HAD A TON OF QUESTIONS AND HE ADDRESSED EACH AND EVERY CONCERN. DAMON MADE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH THE CAR AND THE PRICE. WE EVEN TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE SO MY BOYS, 11 AND 12 YRS OLD, COULD DO THE LEG TEST IN THE BACK SEAT. AFTER ALL, I HAVE TO MAKE SURE THEY TOO ARE COMFORTABLE TO MAKE EACH RIDE AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE. Mike Reyes was wonderful. I found your add for a Ford Escape on Craigslist. I called the dealership they referred me to Mike Reyes. It wasn't the color I wanted but Mike worked with me for over two wee Escape on Craigslist. I called the dealership they referred me to Mike Reyes. It wasn't the color I wanted but Mike worked with me for over two weeks until he found a white XLT model with leather and low milage at a price that I thought was fair. Mike was great, he was very professional, friendly, easy to work with, and patient. He promptly returned my calls and emails. He held it for two days, followed up with me and we set up an appointment to see the vehilce and had it waiting when we arrived. When I looked at the vehice it was day light. When we drove off it was starting to get dark, my wife who was following me noticed that the left tail light was out. We returned but the garage had closed for the evening. Mike told me to get a receipt and they would reimbuse me. I've just been too busy to get it done. I was a little disappointed and suprised to learn that the dealership charges an additional $499 as prep fee which I felt should be included in the advertised price. The cup holders and center console could have been cleaned out better but Mike had that cleaned before we left. We live in Cumming which is a long drive through Atlanta to Morrow for a new tail light. I feel that a $16k vehicle which is a lot to us should not leave the garage until someone checked to make sure all the safetly features including tail lights worked. More

I worked with Larry to get the deal ready before my trip and then Mike handled everything once I got there. They had all the paperwork ready to go because they knew I was making a long trip so the experience was very quick and easy. I really appreciated the service I received while at the dealership. The finance process was pretty painless, I declined several add-ons and didn't feel much pressure beyond what you'd expect. There was one wrinkle when I noticed on my drive home that the windshield had a substantial crack in it, and it had been marked so I knew someone the dealership was aware of it. I contacted Mike and he apologized and said he hadn't seen it, so he promptly sent me a check for the cost of the windshield since they couldn't make the fix as I'm not local. Overall I would recommend Hennessy and will certainly check there first when I'm in the market to buy again. Thanks guys! More
