Just a quick note to let you know that I have purchased 2 vehicles from Hennessy. A 1010 Enclave and traded it in for a 2012 Enclave. My experience with Sales, service and finance were excellent. I have purchased and leased many vehicles through the years and have never had a more pleasant and personal touch. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. However, the sales man Chris was extremely nice. We bought a 2013 Ford Edge that was supposedly "certified". The car was a mess inside an dealership. However, the sales man Chris was extremely nice. We bought a 2013 Ford Edge that was supposedly "certified". The car was a mess inside and i was told it would be detailed after we purchased it. It was filthy still and I detailed it when I got home. Also, we waited around for quite some time while you guys fixed the scratches on the outside of the car. When we asked the used car sales manager when it would be done he would act like he had no idea what was happening with it. He would tell us "oh 15 more minutes" and the sales man would say "two hours". No communication or organization ever went on. They just wanted us to buy the car and leave. The next day an alert came on of LOW TIRE PRESSURE. We had the auto manager at SEARS check it and he showed us that the tires were in bad shape. The tires on the $28,000 car we bought were completely worn in on the insides because the alignment had been wrong. You guys were willing to look at them again after I drove another hour south to the dealership with no compensated gas. I had to sit at the dealership with a two year old for five hours so they could "look the car over" even after we got a second opinion on the tires and took pictures of the wear and tear. Clearly the tires needed to be replaced. I asked the sales man if he would please have them look everything over once more even though it was already "certified". He obliged and eventually you guys replaced all four tires. He also offered two free oil changes but we live an hour north and would not be back for an oil change. Five hours later, just in time for rush hour traffic through downtown, I left praying it was my last time back. As I was vacuuming the car I noticed the backseat-behind the drivers seat-seatbelt was completely cut off in the middle. I called the manager and informed him that our sales rep had sat in that very seat during our test drive and never said anything. He said "oh well our guys don't wear seat belts in the back seat." He told me he would order the part and call me for YET ANOTHER HOUR DRIVE SOUTH TO THE DEALERSHIP. We honestly don't want to come back but we do not feel it is our financial responsibility to fix another issue. In summary, it appears that the used cars at your lot are not certified or checked in any way before selling. I was not treated like someone should be treated after spending $28,000, or any amount of money for that matter. I love the car itself but I will not recommend this place to anyone I care about. More

My husband and I had been looking for a Yukon Xl for the last two mths. Found the best features and price at Henessy GMC. Our initial contact was with Damon Carter, but we meet with Ron G at the dealershi last two mths. Found the best features and price at Henessy GMC. Our experience with Ron was such a great experience we bought a second vehicle the next day. Would definitely recommend Ron G and Henessy GMC to my family and friends. More

We stopped at a couple other dealerships on our way to Hennessy and we were very dissapointed and frustrated on what we found and how we were treated at the other dealerahips. The finance manager, Mike Brantley, was very friendly and went into detail about everything without trying to take advantage of us and being to pushy with selling additional warranties. We did however end up purchasing an extended warranty. We have never traveled to purchase a vehicle before but the treatment we recieved at Hennessy made it worth every mile. We'll be back in a couple years! More

We looked all over the metro area for a car for our daughter. Compared to other dealers, Hennessy was phenomenal. There was no sales pressure. We looked at several different cars and visited two time daughter. Compared to other dealers, Hennessy was phenomenal. There was no sales pressure. We felt like we got the best car at the best price when comparing this dealer to others we visited, especially considering the mileage and condition of the vehicles. We will be shopping for another car in the next nine months and I will not even bother to look anywhere else. It was that easy! More

We did a lot of research into our purchase and Hennessy kept coming up with the best price. Even though the drive was 3 hours we decided to make the trip. We were not disappointed at all. Roy Fuller was our salesman and he couldn't have been nicer. The whole experience was great all the way down to signing the paperwork with Henry. I'm very happy with the vehicle as well and will most definitely look to Hennessy in the future. More
