I called interested in seeing two Mazda3s - a base model and a Grand Touring. Larry Bass was polite and helpful in determining that the cars were available, and he suggested that I come on in, which I did. and a Grand Touring. I arrived and was promptly greeted buy a friendly young woman who directed me to Larry. Larry said that Ron Geraci would assist me. Ron was relaxed and patient with me. He showed me both cars and spent lots of time explaining their features. I was anxious about purchasing a car, as I imagine everyone is, and Ron put me at ease and made me feel comfortable throughout buying process. The car was a surprise gift for my husband, adding to my excitement and nervousness. I decided on the fancier model because Ron helped me to understand all the great features that it has. In negotiating the price, I believe Ron gave me the best deal he could. I felt great about the whole transaction! While completing the purchase with ???, the finance guy. (He goes by two initials for his first name), we had a great time brainstorming ideas about how I would surprise my husband with the car! He was very nice and I enjoyed working with him, too. He suggested that I park the car at a restaurant and after going out to dinner surprise him with it. I did just that and it was so much fun! Ron gave me a huge bow to put on the car and the dealership delivered it to the restaurant for me. My entire experience at Hennessy of Southlake and working with Ron G., Larry B. and ??? was a real pleasure and I highly recommend the dealership! More

Mike provided excellent customer service, even picking me up from the airport. I would recommend his services to anyone in the market for a new/used car. Hennessy of Southlake was the first dealership, of several that we visited, that we felt like didn't try to throw hidden fees at us. What the car was priced at was what we paid. Ron was great, we had to deal with special circumstances as this was a surprise gift for my wife, and Ron did a superb job in accommodating my last minute issues with pulling this off. We are very pleased with Gerren! He took care of all or needs and questions. Gerren got us a great deal on the car and we had a few things with the car that was addressed promptly!!!! My husband and I came up to Hennessy of Southlake just to "look" around on 7/26/2013. We had both previously purchased vehicles from this dealership, however our "warm and fuzzy" factor was not met by the pr "look" around on 7/26/2013. We had both previously purchased vehicles from this dealership, however our "warm and fuzzy" factor was not met by the previous sales and finance personnel. Nevertheless because Hennessy of Southlake has a nice/clean selection of cars and trucks, we came back to take a peek. It was only a couple of minutes before Mr. Cecil Jones approached us and asked us the usual questions, about what we were looking to purchase....etc We had no idea, as we were really and truly only "looking". Mr. Jones then preceded to take us around the lot and show us some fabulous and very luxurious vehicles. I was hooked on a few, but I wanted to sleep on it and see if this was really what I wanted to do. We wanted to play with the numbers to see what we would be willing to spend & afford. We didn't get back in touch with Mr. Jones until we received his follow up email on 7/28/2013. I found a few vehicles online at the Hennessy dealership that I was interested in test driving, so we went back up to Hennessy on 7/30/2013, however Mr. Jones was with another customer, so we just walked the lot to see the cars that I picked out from the Specials online. The car that I really wanted was on hold, due to someone else putting a down payment on it, and it was due to be picked up later that day. I was crushed, and decided that perhaps we should go elsewhere to get that same car. Well that is exactly what we did, we went to CarMax. CarMax has a HUGE selection of cars, however the whole process felt "robotic"...definitely no warm & fuzzies. The cars looked great on the outside, but busted and worn on the inside. We were not impressed. I had gone all the way up past the approval part of the car buying process, and just felt like I didn't want to continue. The trade in price they offered was insulting and would put me upside down in my new vehicle. The urge to flee was strong! We told the sales rep that we needed to think on it and left. It just so happens that I checked my voicemail as we were leaving CarMax, and I had received a voicemail from Mr. Jones. Mr. Jones apologized for not being available when we had arrived earlier, and then said that he wanted another opportunity to get us into the car that we wanted. We believed him. We drove from CarMax, back up to Hennessy, but it was 7:00 p.m. and they close at 8 p.m., so we just looked around again, and Mr. Jones showed us some more nice cars. We decided that we would revisit this the next day at 11 a.m. I had sent Mr. Jones an email that same night requesting status on the 2010 Honda Crosstour EXL. Mr. Jones replied early that next morning, stating that they still had this vehicle. We arrived at the dealership at 11:00 a.m. on 7/31/2013, and as we had come to expect, Mr. Jones was VERY engaging and enthusiastic, which got us in the mood to make a deal! :-) He had the Honda Crosstour already out and ready under the carport for me to inspect. I fell in love instantly, but I needed to take it for a spin to be absolutely sure. Ok, so long story short, we bought the car! The Business Manager Mr. Mike Brantley was OUTSTANDING! He was very thorough in his explanation of everything concerning the finance and coverage for our new purchase. We got an AMAZING deal, better than we had hoped for, and I didn't get duped on my trade in either. Hennessy of Southlake truly works to make your car buying experience a pleasure. We now know that with the level of expertise, patience, and prime stock of vehicles in their arsenal, that "THIS IS OUR PLACE" to buy our vehicles from. Thank you Mr. Cecil Jones for turning our minds around about this dealership, with your knowledge, patience, winning smile and shining personality.
