I enjoyed my experience at Hennessy of Southlake. The environment was very relaxed as were the associates working there. I found what I was looking for made a visit and drove it home. When I found some issues I gave them a call. They said "Bring it back". They worked with me and we found something much better and more fun within the same price range and NO hassle. As a matter of fact there was NO pushing and NO haggling, I told them what I wanted and I got it. I felt GREAT about my purchase. My time spent with Hennessy was more like hanging out with friends. Hats off to Hennessy of Southlake!!!! Not only will I recommend this dealership I won't be shopping around next time , I'm going straight to Hennessy. Markus was great at delivering what he promised. He offered me the lowest price on new Mazda 6 sport (2014). I shopped the price around and Mazda of Roswell said they would beat it. I went there and they basically matched the price, then when I went into the financing stage they tried to offset the good price with unfavorable financing terms. They lied to me and told me that it was the best APR % that I would get. I knew this was a lie because Markus had pre approved my financing at a much lower rate earlier. They said that Hennessy would lie to me about the APR and raise it when I went there (NOT TRUE!). I left Mazda of Roswell and went straight to Hennessy. Markus brought in the exact car that I wanted, and he lived up to the terms that he had offered me earlier. They are 100% honest at Hennessy, and they do not pressure you at all. Do not waste you time with other dealers in the Atlanta area! More

I purchased the car at Hennesy because I found the car online, at a decent price. however, after I purchased the car I found out that the wheels were out of balance so I had to take it back to the dealers online, at a decent price. however, after I purchased the car I found out that the wheels were out of balance so I had to take it back to the dealership and they fixed it for free. after the three day return policy was up I noticed that when I went through right hand curves there was a groaning noise, so thank goodness I bought the extended warranty. plus they only gave me one key and it turns out it is the ford mykey that is programmed to limit the speed of the car and how loud the radio can be. I told my representative about the key and he basically said he couldn't help except to give me a 25 dollar discount coupon, but to use it I would have to take off work and drive 70 miles up to their dealership to have it done. so now i'm gonna have to spend 300 dollars just so I can get the car to drive how it should, plus fix the wheel bearing up front.
