Sales representative met us in the office and had the car ready for test drive. Nice enough sales guy. When it came to discussing price, there was no room for haggling according to him. The price I found online and everything I was pre-approved for went fine, however they threw in a dealership fee that I really didn't care for, but it wasn't huge. My biggest complaint would be the sales person didn't really answer questions well and brushed over a few things while we were signing. Probably just wanting to complete the sale and move on, which is fine but did feel like we weren't being listened to or heard. Not the best customer service experience but not the worst (obviously because we bought). More

The all male service sales team will try to over talk you, say things that aren't true, but once called out will not own their erroneous statements. I've come here sparingly and don't have any issues with the actual service that has been performed, but I do have a problem with trying to be sold, spoken to as if I'm not intelligent, and the obvious lying that ensues. Noteworthy to add: years ago this dealership tried to charge me $1,200 for a repair when my car was approx 1,000 miles out of warranty. A man that worked there pulled me to the side and told me he used to work for another Atlanta area GM location and told me the service manager there and his team are excellent. He told me to bring my car there and see what he can do for me. Went to the other location and they did the repair under warranty. Says a lot. More

I have to admit the service is awesome there at Hennessy. My sales rep Lamont Rhodes told me: "I work for you Mrs McClary period" and he really did make us feel like he was our personal agent. He worked hard to get us in the right vehicle the one we wanted, his attitude was great.he explained the process everything was on point with Lamont he was friendly he knew his business and I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. I appreciated the attention he gave us, I could tell he cared for real about what our goal was and wanted to help us get it. I have purchased many cars in my life time I have gone to many dealerships. My credit is Not that great and I don't have have alot of money. But I can truly say Hennessy did us right. I got the car I wanted, awesome service, and made a few new friends out the deal so I'm Happy. Yes I will recommend you guys highly to everyone. Thank you so much. More
