My family had a fantastic experience purchasing a new Mazda at Hennessy. After speaking to more than six dealerships around metro Atlanta, we chose Hennessy to do business with because Markus Bryant was Mazda at Hennessy. After speaking to more than six dealerships around metro Atlanta, we chose Hennessy to do business with because Markus Bryant was quick to provide us a great price for the exact vehicle we were looking for with our exact specs. He didn't try to convince us to come into the dealership (we have really busy schedules, plus kids, plus a baby on the way in a month). He was competitive on pricing but not pushy. He didn't waste a second of our time, and I preferred his respectful approach to some of the other "pitches" I was getting. Everything from the test drive to the financing (with JB -- who was also awesome to work with and even beat my pre-approved loan APR) surpassed my expectations. I had a few dealerships in-town offer to match the price I got at Hennessy, but I wasn't interested in a match. Plus, if you are having doubts about the location, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to get to. From Decatur, it was a little over 30 minutes away on a Saturday, which is relatively quick in my experience. Anything in-town is at least a 45-minute drive in traffic. All in all, an A+ experience. Oh, and the car is way awesome too. More

Satisfying isn't a good enough term for the experience my wife and I went through thanks to Mark Cooper and the Hennessey team while making the decision to purchase a new Mazda. For every step, and there were quite a few, my wife and I experienced personable, knowledgable and friendly faces that all maintained the same goals. Simply put, they listened to what we wanted and consistently found the best possible solutions to meet our wants and needs. I visited several dealers in my hometown that seemed to put dollars and sales ahead of those ideals. They're the types where you test drive, then get cattle-roped and hog-tied into a seat where they start trying to hypnotize you into purchasing immediately. I can guarantee you won't hear, "What can I do to get your business today?" from Mark. If you're looking for someone to listen to you patiently ... and sometimes incessantly ... while you make what seem important decisions at the time, but are really trivial afterwards in regards to everyday life, then Hennessey is the place. I made at least two trips to look over Mazdas, made 3 test drives, and never felt uncomfortable or felt any deadline pressure to purchase a car. Everyone deserves such an experience. Every question was answered, every need met by Mark, who shattered the stereotypical image of the typical car salesman. When it came to financing - the real meat and potatoes where car-buying hassels - the quality and concern for our needs continued. Not only was every step explained to finite detail, but when we happened across a better rate at the 11th hour, it didn't cause a hitch in the process. Long story, short. Not only will we recommend Mark and the entire Hennessey team to friends and family, but we'll certainly be back the next time we wish to purchase another vehicle. More
I had one of the best experiences EVER at Hennessy Cars at Southlake!!! I called on Friday September 6, 2013 and my call was answered by Daniel(Danny) LaFavor. He was a God send! I could tell right away from his tone of voice that he was going to be a great sales person to handle my situation! He was so compassionate. We talked about me doing a credit app online and also set up an appointment for me to come in the next day September 6 at 11 am. When I got there, I was greeted by everyone as I walked through. I mean everyone was so pleasant! EVERYONE! Danny and I sat down and discussed my credit report and I explained to him that I had been told no by so many other dealers because for a multitude of reasons. I guess he could see the disappointment in my face because he immediately said, "smile. Everything is going to be just fine." He was so sure of it. For some reason, I believed him. lol Danny also introduced me to Brandon Bailey who was the kindest young man ever! He explained that Brandon would be helping him out. He and Danny are a great team!!! They need to work together all the time because each of them have something so unique about them that just brings a calmness over the customer. They kept me informed every step of the way. I was almost on the brink of tears when I came into Hennessy on Saturday because I was exhausted with car searches, but when I left Hennessy that Saturday afternoon, I was all smiles and I didn't even have the car yet! They let me test drive the car that I wanted which was a 2012 Malibu. Because my financial situation was a very unique one, on Saturday, we couldn't get a deal, but on Monday, Danny called me promptly and explained to me the conditions of a deal that had been secured. We set up a Tuesday(today) appointment and I went in and got my car!!! I almost cried because for months I have been turned away by so many dealers! Danny, Brandon and Mr. Bailey(the finance director) really did EVERYTHING they could do to help me! I know they have thousands of customers, but I really felt like I was the only customer there because the representatives are so personable and you are made to feel like they really do care about you! I am forever grateful for Danny being the one to answer the phone when I called. I will be referring all of my friends that are in the market for vehicles to Hennessy! I am really enjoying my car! Between Bernard and Internet sales Manager Ron Geraci, this was the best car buying experince that I ever had. Every request was met with prompt professionalism. I left very pleased with the service and extremy excited to finally have the car that I had been serching for. I will be back soon to purchase a new car for my wife. More

Mike was a encyclopedia of information about each car I test drove. After I made my decision to buy my car the Sales Manager popped by and showed me some of his favorite features on my Equus! I love that extra touch and the information. Who doesn't want to know that your car has a seat massager built into the drivers seat?
