I drove 4 1/2 hours, from Tuscaloosa, Alabama to Morrow, GA, to check out and possibly make the purchase of a 2011 CTS Coupe, that I had viewed on-line. Mr. Jim Hitchcock, my Sales Consultant, was ready when I arrived. He was professional, helpful, polite as was all the staff I came in contact with. Jim even did a follow up e-Mail to see how I and the car was doing after the sale. That's top-notch customer service. Again, THANK YOU. I also want to thank Mr. Mike Brantley, my Business Manager in financing, for his professional efforts to get me close to the needed interest rate and monthly payment. I appreciate the professional customer service extended by Hennessy's staff. And I would highly recommend Hennessy Mazda Buick GMC and particularly Mr. Jim Hitchcock and Mr. Mike Brantley to anyone in need for an auto. The online video describing the vehicle, prior to my visit, is what convinced me to take a closer look. They were clear, thorough, and didn't hide imperfections (a few dings, no biggie to me). When finalizing the sale, they were patient, helpful, and very friendly. I appreciated that they stayed late in order to make my purchase experience smooth and not feel too rushed out the door. More

Everyone was very professional and made sure that I got the best financial deal and extended warranty to fit my needs. Let me begin by saying that, as my husband will tell you, I am very picky and strong willed. If you do not look me in the eyes, introduce yourself and shake my hand, forget it - you have just lost not only a sale, but a recommendation and depending on your attitude, you have also earned a phone call from me to your manager/owner. Now to the good stuff: After an exhausting search, my husband and I decided to visit two dealerships that seemed to have the inventory we were looking for. Our first contact with Hennessey at Southlake was through Ron Geraci via internet sales. The immediate contact with Ron was the first sign that this was a professional dealership and a person that wanted to help us not because of a commission but because he cared. I ask a lot of questions and my husband asks even more and Ron was able to answer every question and with a great deal of patience, thankfully. Once we arrived at Hennessey, we were greeted by Ron who introduced us to John Allen. Our experience with John was very similar; he was patient with all of our questions, able to answer each one and there was NO PRESSURE from either Ron or John. Before making a decision, my husband and I went to the second dealership - BIG MISTAKE - HUGE! We knew immediately that we did not belong at that place (the salesman was trying to sell us a vehicle without even knowing the vehicle - we had to tell him what year the vehicle was!) Obviously, I called Ron and John and asked if it was too late to come back and drive the GMC Terrain. They were very accommodating. Needless to say, we left that night with a brand new vehicle that had everything I wanted. They are great. As evidence of true customer support, I was worried about my warranty and I called Ron not realizing he was on vacation. Ron returned my call, explained he was on vacation (I was embarrassed) but he still answered my question and followed up with me when he returned to the office. Admit it, how many people do you know that returns customers calls while on vacation???? I know of one - Ron. I am looking for a vehicle for my son and guess where I am going? You got it - Hennessey at Southlake. One more positive comment - The same salesmen are still working at Hennessey unlike other dealerships where you see new faces every month. My husband and I contacted 2 local dealerships inquiring about GMC Yukons before calling Ron Geraci at Hennessy. One of those dealerships never contacted us again. The other one called a week after Ron ha about GMC Yukons before calling Ron Geraci at Hennessy. One of those dealerships never contacted us again. The other one called a week after Ron had already made the sale. Ron followed up our first phone call with emails and one of those emails let us know he could offer us a better price. This transaction was probably the easiest car purchase we ever experienced. Thanks Ron. More
