Liars and no follow up when issues came up. The salesperson I worked with lied to me repeatedly about Resistall, mileage on the car, delivery expectations, and more. I paid for the car in full. The salesperson I worked with lied to me repeatedly about Resistall, mileage on the car, delivery expectations, and more. I paid for the car in full. Once the car was delivered to me, it had blue pen on the white leather passenger seat (and this is when the salesperson FINALLY admitted Resistall - or something similar - WAS in fact already on the car, after I had expressed multiple times that I didn't want it and he said I was not paying for it (I WAS). Later the General Manager confirmed they put Resistall on ALL their cars. Additionally, they said the car had 2 miles on it (reflected in all my paperwork) - BUT upon delivery, there were 97 miles on the car. WHO DROVE IT 95 miles? Starting the day after delivery - the front passenger tire went flat 3 times in the first 4 days while sitting in my garage. I had to call Mazda roadside assistance multiple times - took the car in twice and they couldn't find a leak - then after giving my local dealer the car for 2 days, they found a pinhole leak caused by a wire - so I paid $50 for a tire repair on a car I hadn't even driven yet. There was NO follow up on these issues from anyone at Hennessey and I left multiple voice mails about them (hey, they already had my money right?). In addition, I had to chase Hennessey for Certificate of Origin paperwork so I could get my title. At the very least --- if you live out of state, do NOT work with this dealership. P.S. I CAN'T EVEN SELECT "MAZDA" in the survey below for vehicle brand purchased from this dealer...??? More
