Nick and the dealership in general exceed expectations I brought my car to Hennessy Mazda due to a recall on the infotainment system of the car. For about six months I had been without use of my backup ca I brought my car to Hennessy Mazda due to a recall on the infotainment system of the car. For about six months I had been without use of my backup camera, and had a frequent ghost screen which rendered the navigation, radio, and phone connection unusable. I was referred to Hennessy by a friend who recommended them due to their excellent customer service. I had already taken my car to another dealership in Atlanta for diagnostics and the infotainment system was updated but the problems continued. Hennessy took the time to find that the updates by the other dealership had not taken and get the updates to take. Unfortunately, the backup camera stopped working again within two hours of leaving the dealership. I notified Hennessy, they provided a loaner car at no charge and did additional diagnostics and work that fixed all issues without further incident. They also went to bat with Mazda Corporate to request reimbursement for the previous diagnostics or see if the cost of the current repair work could be reduced due to the multiple trips and trouble with repair. They were able to get approved a reduction in the cost. I wish Mazda Corporate would have approved full reimbursement in light of the known recall, and the previous dealership would have not charged me for diagnostics and an update that never took but Nick at Hennessy went above and beyond to do the right thing all with kindness, patience and integrity. My husband and I are loyal Mazda customers, our last six cars have been Mazda. We are very happy to find a dealership with such commendable customer service. Thank you. More
