What else can you say about a dealer and dealership like that but AWESOME Customer Service! My mother and husband both purchased a vehicle from Marvin and got exactly what they wanted. So it was only natural for me to go there also. The best thing I liked was Marvin and the whole staff make you feel like you are important to them, and what you need and want is their number 1 concern. Plus I didn't spend all day at the dealership like some places. I would recommend any and everyone to purchase new or used vehicle from this dealership and I will be back when the time comes and will be working with Marvin again.... Customer for Life! More

This dealership is very different from others I experienced in Atlanta. They offered a very reasonable price in their first email, and they never changed their word, there were no hidden fees, or anything at all that they had not clarified in their messaged before I actually got to the dealership. Chris made the whole process of buying the car so much easier. At least I did not have to worry about being lied to. He gave me rides from home to dealership, dealership to bank, and bank to dealership again. Such an awesome man. The sales manager was also very polite and gentle. More

New Car Sales Manager Chris Moore's sales quote wa We found Hennessy of Southlake via the USAA Car Buying Service as we shopped for a new 2016 Mazda6. New Car Sales Manager Chris Moore's sales quote was better than our local dealership in Augusta and better than the guys in Columbia, SC. Also, the Hennessy of Southlake guys had the car, package, and color we wanted on the lot. Mr. Moore even sent us a copy of the window sticker for the very car linked with Mazdausa.com's site to back up their claim that this specific vehicle with the VIN was truly on their lot. When we arrived in person, we were introduced to Mr. Mark Cooper who honored the quoted priced by Mr. Moore. Mark was very friendly and also relaxed. He didn't pressure us at all. He kept the entire pricing process very transparent as we dealt with the new car price first without even trying to ask about if and how we might finance the new car purchase, or without trying to mix any possible trade-in money into the discussion. The trade-in value ended up being close to our goal as well. Overall, we're very satisfied with the price we paid as well as how Mark and Chris dealt with us. I'd buy from him again and recommend this dealership to others. More

When the sale was final he made sure the car was washed , I knew how to operate everything on the inside. He even told about the on star and how they was going to give me a call once I got in the car to leave. Unprofessional and Unorganized Dealt with Mike Reyes and it was such a hassle. We had already set up the deal via phone/email. We waited 45 minutes before anyone could even locate Mike even after confirming the time we were coming in. We also secured our own financing. It was obvious that Mike was trying to get us to use his financing. He stated that we weren't able to take the car unless the funds were inside of Hennessy's account, but if we used their financing we could take the car no problems. We had a verification letter from our bank stating that the loan was secured and the funds would be wired as soon as the paperwork cleared from Hennessy. Mike was in and out and we were there over 2 and half hours before we decided to just go ahead to use Hennessy's financing. After this, we were out of the dealership and on our way in 20 minutes. When we received the car, there were a few pieces missing on the car. He stated we could bring it back as they would have to order the parts. A few weeks later, we received our registration and it was registered incorrectly. Needless to say this was definitely the last straw. We will not deal with Mike Reyes if we decided to buy a car from Hennessy again. On another note, Cecil Jones "CJ" was pretty much the cleanup guy. He was readily helpful and attempted to fix the problems that were created. More

Once we knew the cars were still available, we made the 1.5-hour trip but were expecting the same “treatment” you get from most dealerships. To our surprise, Omar Cash greeted us at the door. He was the person I was to ask for upon arrival. Omar was very friendly and VERY patient with our many questions. He answered each one quickly and thoroughly. He was upfront and honest which we appreciate. There was no “hard sell” and we felt comfortable with Omar. The dealership was busy but Omar kept his focus on us from start to finish. I will definitely recommend Hennessey of Southlake AND Omar to family and friends. I do not think our experience could have been better. Thank you Omar for the excellent service. We are enjoying our Buick. More
