One of the most frustrating experiences of my life. My $75,000 top-of-the line Yukon Denali was sold to me with a non-functioning horn, and two open recalls that I now have to invest MY time to get comp My $75,000 top-of-the line Yukon Denali was sold to me with a non-functioning horn, and two open recalls that I now have to invest MY time to get completed. It is now 4 days after my purchase and I have yet to receive the 2nd keyless entry fob. I expect and, in fact, DEMAND much more from a dealership from whom I purchased the most expensive vehicle on the lot. This comes on the heels of being beat up on my trade of a 2015 Yukon SLT with 9,000 miles because my trade was "not fit for resale" owing to a chip on the front bumper from a rock. Really? MY vehicle was not fit for sale and my NEW Denali that had no horn and two open safety recalls WAS? It will be my genuine pleasure never to step foot in this dealership again. My salesman, Gerren, was fine. I blame the dealership and it's leadership for this shameful situation. More
