Gerren took the time to answer all of my questions and put together a plan that worked with my schedule. He followed up with me up until it was time to come and purchase my new Mazda3. Once at the dealership, everything was professional and personal. All of the employees I come in contact with were friendly and excited regardless of whether or not they were involved in my sale. Everything was ready for my arrival, which helped make the purchasing process smooth and as fast as can be expected. The finance team explained all the paperwork and made the signing process smooth. Gerren did a great job showing me everything about my car and even finished up a little final detailing himself. Overall, the entire process from start to finish was my best experience with a dealership and easily rivals the majority of stories I have heard. If I'm in the market for another Mazda in the future, I will definitely start at Hennessy of Southlake. More

I spoke wi This is the second GMC Acadia that I purchased at Hennessy of Southlake. In April 2013 I called the dealership to inquire about the Acadia. I spoke with Gerren Terrell and told him what I was looking for and my price point. He was very thorough in explaining various options and invited me to visit the dealership to view a particular Acadia that met my criteria. Needless to say, I left the dealership that day with that vehicle. I was vey happy & excited because Gerren made the experience painless for me. About a month ago my Acadia was totaled. I called Gerren and told him what happened and that I would need a vehicle in a few weeks after everything was settled. He asked if I wanted to stick with the Acadia and I told him yes. He gave me a rundown of the inventory and stated that he would make sure that I got the vehicle I wanted. I called Gerren today and said I am ready to look, what do you have. He gave me the rundown of available Acadia's. I told him I wanted the same color and style as before. He said I have it, I will get it cleaned up and filled with gas, what time will you be here. I told him around 6:30pm after work. When I arrived, I test drove the vehicle. Gerren explained all the features and how everything worked. We went inside, did the paperwork and I left with the New 2015 GMC Acadia. Gerren told me that the ultimate compliment from a customer is when they come back and that he really appreciated my business. I told him that I appreciate his excellent service and the way he makes me feel that I am his most important customer. By the way, with my first Acadia, every time I was at the dealership for service, Gerren would always make a point to speak and come over and have a conversation. The service department is excellent! I initially had my heart set on a car that I viewed on their website, so it took alot of time to get me to even test drive another car. He let me roam the car lot to take notes so that we could streamline what was most important to me.Tthe finance team worked a miracle as well. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if you are shopping with kids. They actually have a gameroom area and playground set to entertain them. More

Excellent Customer Service In spite of the fact we were in the "tight budget" category, Kevin Rainey went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to purchase the car we wan In spite of the fact we were in the "tight budget" category, Kevin Rainey went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to purchase the car we wanted. We were on a tight time-frame, we were from out of town, my husband was away on business, our out-of-state credit union cut the check wrong, and one of our daughters was very ill. Kevin arranged for the car to be delivered and got us a better rate with their finance department, which saved us a couple of days waiting for a replacement check to be FedExed. The level of service we received exceeds that of any other dealership we've used. What I appreciate as much as that is the pre-sales experience. Kevin showed us what we wanted to see and answered our questions with zero pressure to make a purchase, and without trying to shove something else down our throats. Another positive aspect about this dealership is the pricing. The prices are good, and include everything except the title fee and tax. No surprises. They also had a great extended warranty at a surprisingly low price. The gentleman from the finance department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, too. When we are ready for our next car, we will be back to see Kevin. More
