Ron Geraci Is the Best I came to Hennessy of Southlake because I had bought a used car from Ron a few years. When my wife and were ready to get a new car I contacted Ron aga I came to Hennessy of Southlake because I had bought a used car from Ron a few years. When my wife and were ready to get a new car I contacted Ron again. He is definitely not your typical salesperson. He is genuinely kind and very knowledgable about the process of buying a car. He is very relaxed and is more interested in relationships than getting cars off of the lot. I trust him, and that says a lot because I don't trust any other car salesperson. Professional, organized and genuinely engaged I had been communicating with several dealers via email, looking at a GMC Sierra., communicating with Markus Bryant. When we arrived, he was busy, bu I had been communicating with several dealers via email, looking at a GMC Sierra., communicating with Markus Bryant. When we arrived, he was busy, but had alerted Gerron Terrell that we were coming. Gerron was with us within just a few minutes of arrival. Gerron was juggling another customer or two when we first came in, but lever let us feel forgotten about. He was very knowledgeable about the truck, and was patient with me when I spotted a Special Event truck and wanted to consider it due to lower price and a few extra features. He put it and the other truck nose to nose and gave me all the time I needed to consider both. Never any pressure to "hurry up". He sincerely wanted to make sure I was happy. He was engaged and energetic the entire time. He offered to feed us as we were waiting for the truck to be cleaned and serviced and it had been a long day. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and appreciated its "upscale" feel. The coffee and waters available were greatly appreciated. We had stopped by the GMC dealership closest to our home this same day and experienced 100% the opposite in every way from what we experienced at Hennessy- which is why we left and headed 30 more minutes up the road. I will gladly recommend to anyone from my area they drive past the other dealership, come to Hennessy and ask for Gerron. More

He greeted me, than got Chris Brown to assist me whom had made eye contact with me at least twice but failed to greet me. More
