A very satisfying experience. No pressure. I had been looking at and test driving several brands and models of SUV since early April. At one dealership, I was pressured and finally got out the I had been looking at and test driving several brands and models of SUV since early April. At one dealership, I was pressured and finally got out the door. At Hennessy, Gerren Terrell was always friendly and patient as I looked at the CX-5, Mazda 6, and Mazda 3. He even gave me a bottle of water as I was sweating so much on a very hot day. Over two days, I test drove a CX-5 and a Mazda 6. When asked, Gerren Terrell told me what additional costs would be added to the price of the vehicle. I had all the information I needed and planned to return on another day. Then I made a huge mistake, I purchased a 2014 CX-5 from Carvana thinking I may save up to $6,000 off the price of a new 2016 model. Only good thing I can say about Carvana here is the 7 day return and refund policy. Having decided to return that vehicle, I returned to Hennessy. Gerren Terrell was off that day; however, he came in and got the CX-5 I wanted, got all the documents together and I walked out the door very pleased with everything. Including a price lower than what a car rating service, KBB, considers the fair purchase price (and only $4,000 more than the 2014 CX-5 from Carvana). I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Gerren Terrell and Hennessy. More
