Three years ago, I purchased my eldest son's car from Hennessy with the assistance of the best salesman ever, Mr. Cecil Jones (Top of the day CJ). My youngest son just began his senior year in high school and was in need of a ride. So of course, I returned to Hennessy of Southlake a third time in need of Mr. CJ's assistance. This time, I made the decision to purchase me a vehicle and give my old car to my son. Mr. CJ made every aspect of my car buying experience the best ever. I have always appreciated his abundance of knowledge and the patience, concern and hospitable spirit he shows. I love my Buick LaCrosse, and I say thanks to Mr.CJ and Hennessy of Southlake!! Thanks also to Mr. Matthew Burnsed for his hospitality as well as his hard work resulting in great payment terms and interest rate. More

Mark let us test drive two and we sold ourselves on the car. There was no pressure on Mark's part and when we decided to do the deal, he worked into the late afternoon with us on the financing paperwork. Since we didn't want to drive two cars 91 miles back to our home, they delivered it the next morning. It was a great experience and everyone was super nice. More

I contacted Mike Novotny on Saturday the 15th of August about a few vehicles My overall experience at Hennessy Of South Lake was absolutely wonderful. I contacted Mike Novotny on Saturday the 15th of August about a few vehicles i saw on the internet. Mike asked me to come in on Monday and he would be happy to help me find the right vehicle at the right price. So, Mike contacted me Monday morning and told me that he would have a GREAT sales person waiting to help me once i got there. My sales person was Bernard Hill and he was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicles that i test drove during my visit on Monday the 17th of August. Bernard also suggested certain vehicles that would fit both my budget and the particular colors & amenities that I desired in my purchase. Once we found the right vehicle that fit my needs the financing process was a breeze and very much easier than I expected it to be..... I would DEFINITELY recommend Mike Novotny, Bernard Hill and Hennessy Of South Lake to anyone that wants an Amazing car buying experience! More
Great price, no pressure, and honest. I initially got a good price quote from Mark Cooper online but decided to go to a dealer closer to my house for a test drive. When it came to negotiat I initially got a good price quote from Mark Cooper online but decided to go to a dealer closer to my house for a test drive. When it came to negotiate with this "in town" dealer I showed them Mark's price. The salesman at this other dealership swore that Mark had made a mistake and the dealership was going to lose money on the deal. Despite the fact they thought the deal Mark offered me was "a loser" they were willing to match (but not beat) the price as a courtesy. On top of this they did not have the car I wanted but tracked down a similar car at another dealer with almost 500 miles already on it. They swore to me this was the only car in the southeast with the equipment I wanted. I felt pressured and I suspected they were lying. I emailed Mark, he arranged to give me even a little better price than he already offered and he told me he had at least two cars on the lot for me to choose from. On top of that he arranged to have the car delivered to my house. I signed the papers in my own living room and I got the car I wanted for a price lower than I expected. On top of everything Mark was honest with me and did not pressure me at all. Next time I'll skip the dealer near my house - it's worth the drive. More

I had called the dealership twice to ask questions and Mark was helpful both times (plus, he did not hound me like many other salesmen had done). We requested to see him when we got there. He was very polite and easy-going. There was no pressure and he didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time. I had a trade in and that process was really pretty simple. I love that with the best online prices anywhere, I knew I didn't have to really haggle and do the hard negotiation. He managed to meet me at a price point close to what I wanted on my trade in and we were pretty much done! He had the car I wanted on the lot with just 11 miles on it. He stayed overtime to help us get situated into our new car and take what we needed from the old one. I wish the dealer was closer to me because I hate to drive so far if I need something, but it's worth the drive in my new, fun-to-drive Mazda 3! Thanks Mark! You're the best! More

I was originally looking for a Canyon or Colorado but no one ever had more that 2 or 3 and they were not what I was looking for. I happened to go on internet and the Sierras caught my attention as to the price and equipment. I visited your dealership and Ernest was very helpful in finding the ones I wanted to see. I purchased one and traded in my truck. I was satisfied with the deal and I think Hennessey got a good deal on my old truck. Thanks More

I happened to be flying through Atlanta about the time that I wanted to purchase my car and Ron even picked me up from the airport so that I could drive my new car back to Florida! Who does that!?
