I had been car shopping for over a month and after putting up with bait and switch, tons of I purchased a Mazda CX-5, the salesman was Chris O'Keefe. I had been car shopping for over a month and after putting up with bait and switch, tons of dealer options and other xx designed to squeeze every last penny out of me I finally found Chris at Hennessy. Chris went above and beyond what I expected and he sold me the car that I wanted. I felt no pressure, he answered all my questions, made sure we were happy with the model we selected, we came up with several issues after he started the paperwork that involved him having to start over and he handled all of it with a good natured, positive attitude. Great buying experience I have purchased 3 cargo vans here. I think new vehicles, especially work trucks are a better value with a few miles and a year of service on them.
