We had never been to this dealership but found them on the internet with the most vehicles/best prices for what we were looking for. We walked onto the lot and was met by Flavio. We told him we were “just looking” and he asked a few questions to find out what our interest was. He showed us what we were looking for and allowed us to drive it. After driving it, we realized we didn’t really care for this make/model like we thought we would. He listened to our likes/dislikes and what our specs were (years, mileage, price range) and found us several other options to look at and test drive. We spent several hours with him and drove numerous vehicles. Flavio was very knowledgeable about each of these different makes/models and was just so nice to have around. He printed off the specs on each of the vehicles we had driven and had any interest in, including the car fax reports. We told him we had a lot to think about and how we appreciated his time. He didn’t require us to fill out any paperwork or make us leave our contact information. We were already impressed with his knowledge and the time he spent with us but further impressed that he did all that without pressuring us for a sale. He just gave us his business card and said feel free to call anytime including his cell. We left and went to dinner. We decided we really liked one of the vehicles but there were some paint scratches and there was more wear on the tires than what we wanted. We texted him and mentioned those two items and he texted back that he spoke with the manager and they would take care of those items. We came back after dinner and they appraised our vehicle. We were happy with the listed price of what we were purchasing as well as what they offered for our vehicle. The paperwork has all handled so quickly and efficiently and we were surprised how quick it all happened. They made it easy for us to schedule a time to return the vehicle to get the paint repairs and new tires and will be providing us a loaner during that time. What makes this dealership also better than anything we have ever seen is their 3 day return for any reason with full refund and a 30 day exchange with full value. It doesn’t get better than this experience and especially when we are loving our Cadillac SRX, a vehicle we had never even thought about before! Thanks Flavio and Hennessy of Southlake! More
