Worst experience ever in buying a car and I've bought 14! Micheal Green, car salesman, thinks his role is to be cool, curse and tell everyone about himself for 2 hours. I literally thought I was being punked and it was a joke. Terry, was awesome in getting me there although the 5 emails, 2 videos, 4 text and 2 phone calls in 2 days prior to me coming was a little much, I realize that is their system and not hers. It was intrusive and overwhelming to be honest. Donnie, with the Finance Department was awesome as well. I was warned by Micheal upfront that "he tends to have strong language" but thought surely he's just puffing up. 2 hours later, I realized he wasn't. I bought my car and couldn't get out of there fast enough since it took 2 hours to see a finance guy even though I wasn't financing a penny, but definitely was ready to leave when it was over. The next day, I had to call Michael because I had left my garage door opener in the jeep. He informed me he wasn't there and it would be the morning until he could find out. I asked if he could call the dealership and secure it for me? He informed me that he would handle it the next day when he went in because he was home. He advised me to call Hector. Odd. I did call Hector and left him a long voice mail of my experience and advised him of my dilemma in getting my garage door opener. I never heard a single word back from him or Michael throughout the day or evening. The next morning Terry contacted me again with a follow up about my experience and I asked her to please look in my jeep for it. I've bought and sold so many cars over the years and cannot think of a single time that my experience was not just average, but great. I'm not generally a complainer but this experience was so unprofessional that I had to speak up. Not only will I never buy a car there again, but I will make sure if anyone ask me about it to forewarn them of my experience. More
