He did a great job helping me narrow down my choice. Once I made my choice we proceeded to the paperwork. He engaged us in delightful conversation which made the time pass and the process seem less painful. Then we went to finance and he was also friendly and kept things light so everything flowed. All in all the crew at Hennessy of Southlake made my first car buying experience a great one. They really set the bar high. I would definitely recommend my friends to buy from Hennessy of Southlake. Great service and prices!! My husband and I were in the market for a minivan and choose Hennessy initially for the prices. No other dealership within a 100 mile radius came even close to Hennessy's prices! We drove the 1.5 hour and was assisted by Mr. Rainey. He went above and beyond to assist us and was very personable. Mr. Rainey is a top notch employee of Hennessy and should be awarded for his great customer service. The only negative is during the 3 days following the van purchase the check engine light came on so we had to make the commute once again to have the van fixed. It was only a fuse however if was an inconvenience with 3 children and taking off of work. Also, the van could have been cleaner... sounds like this is a service dept. negligence. More
