He was very patient and knowledgeable, and provided me with all the info I needed to make the best selection. The finance process (we worked with JB Horne) was also very stress free, they didn't play any "let me talk to my finance guy and see what he says" games. Everything was straightforward, our options were provided with no pressure to get more than what we needed. It was a pleasant experience, which isn't how I'd normally describe the car buying experience but these guys were all great. I'll be seeing them again next time we're in the market for a new car.
