Mr. Simmons was completely professional and helpful, patiently answering all question and providing advise while bringing up several models for us to peruse, always at the advertised price. He went for a test drive with us. Mr. Simmons was stellar and sold us the car we chose. Then we sat around for more than an hour and a half waiting for management to cope with the paperwork involved. Mr. Simmons apologized, but it was out of his control. I thought there was not enough staff on duty to deal with the paperwork. That part of the experience was poor indeed. More
