Worth the drive I was looking for a used Chevy Volt and Hennessy had a good selection, but just one that matched what I was looking for. They were willing to hold it I was looking for a used Chevy Volt and Hennessy had a good selection, but just one that matched what I was looking for. They were willing to hold it for me for 2 days by giving them a refundable $100 deposit. Got a friend to drive me to ATL, and Tony Brooks was waiting for me. I took a test drive; they showed me the car on the lift; then answered the few questions that I had. The only problem I saw was worn wipers, and they were willing to replace. The price was already the lowest I could find on this type of car with a clean carfax, so we did the deal. Finance offered a few up-sells, but nothing high pressure. Financing through dealership/Ally gave me a great rate - lower than I could find elsewhere. Minus one star for two issues: 1. They gave me the wrong charger by mistake. They corrected the problem by mailing me the correct one (I then returned the one they had gave me) but this was a minor hassle. 2. Car was advertised as 1-owner per carfax, but turned out there was a second owner which had purchased the car from Hennessy and returned it. I found out because his old paperwork had been left in the car(!). I contacted him and was glad to learn that the car just wasn't what he was looking for. No major issues. More

My only complaint is the fact that I had to purchase my own, so cons key to my newly purchased used vehicle. It would be great for the parts department to offer an additional key at time of vehicle purchase, even if it is a used vehicle that is being purchased! More
