Had the best service advisor (Joseph) bad mechanics This is the 3rd time having a problem after I drive off from dealership then problems occur. 1st time had heated seats fixed only to discover after le This is the 3rd time having a problem after I drive off from dealership then problems occur. 1st time had heated seats fixed only to discover after leaving dealership they had broke clips to cover on back of seat so now cover falls of back of seat cause of broken clips discovered after fact.🤬2nd time went to dealer for a transmission that constantly had problems with and after transmission went out they replaced and the very same morning I picked up after call saying done went to work from dealership that morning and when got off truck would not start, Called dealership left after hour message about what going on. That next morning went got ride back to work to get truck towed back to Hennessy and I decided while waiting for tow truck to check wires going to start and discovered a push in plug that sends power to solenoid wasn't snapped in properly. Snapped it in truck started and cancel tow truck.🤬third time went back cause of great Service advisor Joseph and at time was experiencing brake rotor chattering and jumping when applied brakes this was the third time haveing that problem in two years.I went in and told mechanic that I had truck checked out by outside service shop, and they told me that a caliber was going bad and a bad spot on bearings , so I assumed that was a problem on why after replacing rotors in one year. Hennessy mechanic told me he found no problem with caliber or bearings and advise me to turn rotors front and back I told him past history and after got truck back and got home brakes stopped working. Seemed to have a lost of power on brakes and had to press brakes to floor to stop. Toke back to dealership 🤬 again. To find out it had a service recall on brake booster in which they supposedly replaced but once again till now when I press on brakes sounds like a small whoopee cushion noise of air blowing pass in cabin of truck. At this point despite a Good service advisor, the mechanics I get always come with a problem when drive off. Will bring back to Hennessy to correct issue in which already called and told Service advisor of problem. Just need a whole day as usual to go. I'm done with GMC Sierra and I'm telling any and everyone about what you will go thru with not only at this location but others also. Hennessy out of two other dealership had the best I've seen Service advisor Joseph. But I'm tired of addressing issues that outside mechanics find and dealership dont see and still leave me with same issues. More
I called the day before my purchase. Mike Reyes was very helpful on the phone getting everything lined up for me to come up and test drive the vehicle. Everyone was very nice and polite. Horrible service This is second vehicle from you guys and it is my last from you guys. Your service department destroyed my other vehicle and I won’t let service department touch another of my vehicle. More
Hennessy is worth visiting The overall experience was very satisfactory, Bernard Hill was exceptional. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I think the Mazda CX-9 Grand The overall experience was very satisfactory, Bernard Hill was exceptional. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I think the Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring we purchased is a well built, attractive vehicle. This was my second purchase thru Hennessy and I would strongly consider using Hennessy again, especially with Bernard as part of the buying experience. This website review page need an update, it did not give Mazda as a purchase option, only Buick and GMC More
