Refreshingly Satisfying I went in the the dealership with a specific request for vehicle. The sales rep, Mark, was extremely knowledgeable about the model I was inquiring abo I went in the the dealership with a specific request for vehicle. The sales rep, Mark, was extremely knowledgeable about the model I was inquiring about. He knew all the features and was quick to point out ones that I was not aware of. He took me on a 30 minute test drive. Allowing me to drive as long as I needed to feel out the vehicle. Upon completion of the test drive I told him I wold be in contact. There was no pressure for me to look at other vehicles or sit down for pricing in options. I was warmly satisfied that there were no pressure sales tactics used. I called a few days later to make the deal and he was willing to stay late until I was able to get there although it was 15 minutes before closing. The experience was refreshingly satisfying for me.
