Excellent The repair took longer than I wanted but the job was done. You have to understand when my husband came to pick me up ten minutes later on the way home The repair took longer than I wanted but the job was done. In the past, I have dreaded the negotiation part and dealt with all the Mazda dealers in the north and east Atlanta area in the last 3 months. He was quite straightforward with the numbers and worked it out for me to make new Mazda CX 9 affordable with the trade in involved. No wonder he is the dealership's best salesperson. Definitely going back to Mark for my wife's next Mazda purchase. Thanks Mark for the KitKat :) My only recommendation is to improve the speed of the overall selling process at the dealership. It took quite a bit of time from final negotiation to signing paperwork, although I enjoyed watching episodes of the 'Office' in between. More
