Normally I expect a lot of xx, wasted time and pressure to buy extras as well as being lured in with teasers. This was not the case here, absolutely no xx, no surprises, no pressure and in and out in record time. Mark Cooper was the salesman I dealt with and he is a very likable gentleman and knew all the ins and outs of the car I was interested in and subsequently bought. The finance guy (don't recall his name) was likewise very sharp and easy to deal with. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend Hennessy of Southlake, oh yeah, the other thing they had the best price in the Metro Area by a good margin! More

I came in and Omar was there to meet me at the door. I must say he was prompt and very knowledgable about his inventory. And done his best to make sure I was getting exactly what would make me happy. Even said if they don't have it then they would get it for me. I found me a Ford F-150 and we drove it around and I knew this was the one. Was in and out in under 2 hours. Rene got me financed even with les than desirable credit. A couple days later my brakes began to squeal a bit. I called spoke with Omar and with in the hour he had my truck in service department getting new brakes all the way around and even had it detailed for me. You ask if I recommend Hennessey Buick GMC; most definantly. So go on ahead and drop in and see Omar and his coworkers and tell them Roger sent ya! More

Omar Cash of Hennessy knocked it out of the park! I saw a vehicle I wanted online at Hennessy of Southlake and submitted a request for the Carfax by email. Omar Cash responded. Carfax looked good so I went to the dealership yesterday. Upon arrival, the vehicle was parked out front waiting for me - it looked great, smelled great and was great to drive. Mr. Cash was professional, an excellent communicator, and all-around pleasant to do business with. He said that there was no room for negotiation in their pricing structure, which was understandable because the price was great. I was unsure of how to get the vehicle home; Mr. Cash said he could drop it off at my home the following morning...so that sealed the deal. I've never purchased a car so quickly or painlessly. Mr. Cash took care of the minor things he said he'd do on the car and delivered it first thing today. With a smile he handed me the keys and showed me the new floor mats he'd left inside (an unexpected perk that we'd not discussed). I highly recommended this dealership, and specifically Mr. Cash - he's the kind of man that a person wants to do business with. As a single female, I was treated with total respect (not always the case when purchasing a car). Omar Cash went above and beyond (he even heated up my lunch in the staff lunchroom when I told him I needed to have a bite to eat before getting back on the road.) Well done, sir! More
