Great Used Car Purchase Experience I visited the dealership on the 23rd for the first time. I met Marvin Freightman and showed him the 2 cars online that I was interested in. We test drove one of them, but the one that I REALLY liked was currently being negotiated on by another customer. Marvin was very patient in waiting with me while we saw if the other deal was going to work out. He went ahead and expedited everything he could while we waited. It ended up being closing time when we found out the deal fell through and I could look at the car I REALLY wanted. I came back the next morning and met with Marvin again. I left a few hours later with the car I WANTED. I purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain and I love it. I have always dread a pushy car salesman, but this is not what I encountered. This was my first purchase with a dealership and it wasn't as painful as I thought. I am very satisfied with the customer service provided and my mother is even coming to purchase a car today.
