I did my homework, but the part I couldn't have predicted, was the financing bank, hesitant to cover, what wasn't enough from my trade in. This didn't stop Omar. He was able to get more money for my trade in, and work with the Finance Dept to get the deal done. Matt in Finance was wonderful as well getting me a fantastic rate, and perfect loan length to accommodate a monthly payment I was comfortable with. They really put me in my dream car that I wanted for reliability, and safety for my two young boys. I could tell they were both family men and I appreciated that right off the bat. Thanks again guys! Fast forward to 2016, and I found myself shopping for a new Mazda. I made my way back to Hennessy after TrueCar.com listed it as the most competitively priced for what I was looking for. After I locked in a certificate with TrueCar, Mark emailed and called. My husband and I took a leap of faith and headed for Morrow. Mark was great, and I don't think I could've asked for more in a salesperson. He was real. He was honest. And most importantly, he was knowledgeable. He kept us apprised of what was going on each step of the way, and appreciated our questions and concerns. He explained the pricing and there was no haggling! Even with some back and forth on the trade-in, Mark was a champ and went to bat for us. He even went above and beyond, rescuing my work parking pass from our old vehicle after we left the lot!!
