Quick and easy I came in on Saturday morning without an appointment. They got me right in for quick oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out within an hour. Awesome sales person, Mr. Chris Brown, had this handled. We were out of country and looking for a new car. We din’t have time for games as we were only in for the holidays. Thanks to flight delays, cancellations late arrivals and missed connections, we were 4 days later than planed and several hundred dollars poorer. Chris was with us communicating at every problem and delay, assuring us everything was at every turn,. Honest deal and great service tall way to the close. If going to Hennesey, ask for Chris Brown. I have purchased 3 vehicles to date from Hennessey ( one new, 2 used ) and would recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Service dept has changed At the time I checked my vehicle in I stated to the service advisor that there is was a service special for a oil change. She immediately gave me her At the time I checked my vehicle in I stated to the service advisor that there is was a service special for a oil change. She immediately gave me her business card so that I could email that info to her. I simply stated that it's on your dealership website. I think this is info that she should have been aware of as a service advisor. Also I after having my car serviced I had to ask the location of my car and the seat was left out of adjustment to were I was unable to get in my car. I see myself as a valued customer after two new car purchases from this dealership and having regular service done on three different Mazda vehicles over last 8 years. It's very clear that I'm not valued. This dealership has changed for the worst in my opinion More
