Everyone I dealt with there was courteous and professional. First of all, I tried talking with another Mazda dealer much closer to my home but they were not willing to accept the TrueCar pricing. Not only that, they told me that no other dealer would as well. WRONG! I contacted Mark Cooper at Hennessy and he informed me that they were very happy to work with the TrueCar pricing. I had a pre-approved price and deal ready when I arrived at the dealership but fully expected the usual runaround, bait and switch kinda thing. WRONG! Mark Cooper, Chris Moore and the finance guy Mike (sorry, I never got his last name!) were the exact EPITOME of courteous and professional. Mike even managed to get me a lower interest rate on my loan than anywhere else that I had tried! Kudos to EVERYONE at Hennessy Mazda, You have a customer for life. More
