Good experience with buying used Mazda 3 I bought a 2013 Mazda 3 with 45K miles. I was pleased with the car and the sales process. I spoke with Lamont Rhodes on the phone. He did the leg work to answer all of my questions (I'm very particular). Lamont met me the next day on his day off. I am always pretty skeptical, I am in sales and most car salesmen bring down the image of sales. Lamont was very professional, friendly and honest. He did a great job and the car was what I anticipated. My mechanic checked out the car, it checked out fine. There was an issue with the headlight but Lamont took care or it. I worked with Mike Johnson who did the financing and paperwork. Also very professional and quick. I was already pre-approved on my loan with my credit union but Mike saved me a few basis points on my loan as well. So another positive. Georgia has a lemon law, but it's only for new vehicles. Hennessy has a 3 day return policy on Used cars so that was another plus. More

It was plesent. I called the day before I came with a couple of questions concerning methods of payment and I was not impressed with the customer service I received. I arrived to purchase a car and being a younger buyer I was not taken very seriously at first but the sales associate who ended up helping me was very informative, polite and ready to answer all the questions I had. The waiting time was not too terrible considering it was the weekend plus it was raining and I was able to drive away in my beautiful new car. More

Researched everything before we came in so we felt comfortable that we were getting a good, competitive price on both vehicles. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and attentive making sure that we were being taken care of and not waiting extensively at any time. The salesperson we dealt with was Mike Novotny - I emailed ahead of time and he had the vehicles ready to look at when we got there. Got us out for a test drive and answered all of the questions we thought of. Mike Johnson walked us through the financing process and explained everything as much as we needed. And Hector Forkel assisted us with payment at the end. Everyone was incredibly personable. I never felt rushed or pressured throughout the entire pressure. My last car purchase at a different dealership was absolutely miserable so I was dreading having to go through it again and Hennessy could not have made it a more pleasant and fun experience! More
